Sometimes, one might perform act of worship in return for being paid. Apparently, asking for a wage for such an action is in contradiction with performing act of worship with the intention of winning God’s favor. The jurisprudents, who consider performing act of worship in this way, have approached this issue under the theory of incitement on incitement and have argumentatively stated such a theory. However, Shiite jurisprudence survey of literature is familiar with this theory, but investigating jurisprudential writings report no formulation of such a theory. Hence, by reviewing the written jurisprudential literature of this theory, the present paper attempts to explain the ideological basis the advocates of this theory believe and to investigate the criticisms the critics have raised with respect to this theory. Then, after responding and justifying these criticisms and referring to their weaknesses, the validity and stability of this theory are clarified, based on a rational argumentation. Likewise, its function is described by analyzing and justifying the epistemological issues of the act of worship jurisprudence.
Key words: act of worship correction, worship obedience incitement, incitement on incitement theory, the intention of winning God’s favor, asking for a wage for performing act of worship.
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">گاه، برخی در برابر دریافت مزد، به انجام اعمال عبادی مبادرت می ورزند. دریافت مزد با لزوم قصد قربت در انجام اعمال عبادی، به ظاهر ناهماهنگ است. فقیهانی که این گونه اعمال عبادی را صحیح می دانند، در قالب نظریۀ داعی بر داعی(انگیزۀ قرب بر انگیزۀ مزد)، به تبیین استدلالیِ آن پرداخته اند. هر چند، ادبیات مکتوب فقه شیعه با این نظریه، نا آشنا نیست، ولی بررسی نوشته های فقهی، تدوینی را از این نظریه، گزارش نمی دهد. از این رو، نوشتار حاضر می کوشد در پی پیشینه شناسی نظریه داعی بر داعی در ادبیات مکتوب فقه شیعه، با تبیین مبنای پیروان این نظریه و بررسی نقدهایی که منتقدان، بر این نظریه، روا می دارند، ضمن پاسخگویی به نقدها و نشان دادن ضعف آنها، صحت و استواری آن را بر پایۀ استدلال عقلی روشن سازد و کارکرد آن را در تحلیل و توجیه مباحث معرفتی فقه عبادات نشان دهد.
</OtherAbstract>
