However, the method of applying them with the new issues and conditions of their usage is among the high demand topics within the modern jurisprudence matters. This article is responsible to elucidate a primary step in using the Generalities and the Absolutes in resolving new issues; meaning learning various types of the Generalities and the Absolutes completely when faced with new issues and the method of using them in various situations. The innovation of this article, aside from using two methods of rational and common knowledge, is providing all of the various forms of the Generalities and the Absolutes in regards to the new issues within a logical structure along with proper method to apply in every case. کاربرد عمومات و مطلقات کتاب و سنت در حلّ مسائل فقهی اجمالاً از اصول مفروض نزد دانشیان فقه و اصول است، اما شیوه مواجهه با مسائل مستحدثه در استفاده از عمومات و مطلقات و ضوابط به کارگیری آنها از مباحث مورد نیاز در فقه مسائل جدید و مورد مطالبه پژوهشگران فقهی در این زمینه است. این مقاله عهده دار تبیین یک مرحله اساسی در بهره گیری از عمومات و مطلقات برای حل مسائل مستحدثه است؛ یعنی شناخت کامل گونه های عمومات و مطلقات در مواجهه با مسائل مستحدثه و روش استفاده از آنها در حالتهای مختلف. نوآوری این مقاله ضمن ارائه و تبیین دو روش عرفی و عقلی، ارائه همه صورتهای مختلف عمومات و مطلقات در مواجهه با مسائل مستحدثه در یک ساختار منطقی و بیان روش مناسب در هر کدام از آن صورتهاست.
