Regarding this issue, Usulis have suggested some possibilities including general effects and afterlife punishment. Considering different results of each idea in jurisprudence and its principles, the authors have initially tried to prove that the real meaning of the raf' other than the phrase "ma-la-yotighoon" is punishment, and then they mentioned some problems regarding punishment and some results have been explored too, and ultimately they explored the implication of this ḥadīth on innocence which it became apparent that this ḥadīth is unrelated to the conflict in the discussion of innocence. <strong>در نزاع اخباری‌‌‌ها و اصولیان در شبهۀ حکمیۀ تحریمیه، اصولی‌‌‌ها برای اثبات برائت به احادیثی تمسک کرده‌اند که مهم‌‌‌ترین و پیچیده‌ترین آن‌ها حدیث رفع است. اختلافات بسیاری پیرامون این حدیث ازجمله حقیقی یا ادعایی بودنِ رفع و معنای خود رفع و نحوۀ دلالت آن بر اصل برائت در کلمات علما یافت می‌‌‌شود. از مهم‌‌‌ترین این اختلافات، نزاع بر سر متعلّق رفع را می‌‌‌توان نام برد که اصولیان چندین احتمال ازجمله عموم آثار و مؤاخذۀ اخروی را مطرح کرده‌اند. با در نظر گرفتن تفاوت ثمرات هر قول در فقه و اصول، نگارندگان در ابتدا تلاش کرده‌‌‌اند با توجه به آیات و روایات موجود که مورد غفلت بسیاری از علما واقع شده‌‌‌‌است، ثابت کنند که مراد واقعی از رفع در غیر فقرۀ «ما لایطیقون»، مؤاخذه به‌طور مطلق است و در ادامه نیز به اشکالاتی پرداخته‌اند که به تقدیر گرفتن مؤاخذه و نیز ثمرات مترتب بر نظر مختار شده‌است. در نهایت، دلالت این حدیث بر برائت را مورد کنکاش قرار داده‌‌‌اند که مشخص شد این حدیث ارتباطی با محل نزاع در بحث برائت ندارد.</strong> http://jostar-fiqh.maalem.ir/article_71345_5df6cb05797ffd2bd6f9ccc0faa5714d.pdf
