Journal Article 2024 09 06 The scientific authority of the Holy Qurʼān in inferring jurisprudential rulings, especially in dealing with newly-raised queries and challenges of the contemporary world, is considered an important and challenging topic in the field of jurisprudence and Qurʼānic studies. This study aims to identify the challenges of contemporary jurisprudence in utilizing the Holy Qurʼān to infer newly-raised queries and to provide solutions to solve them. The main issue of this study is to identify the obstacles and limitations of using the Holy Qurʼān in responding to new jurisprudential queries and to provide solutions to overcome these challenges. Using a descriptive-analytical method and library resources, this study examines different perspectives on the scientific authority of the Holy Qurʼān in contemporary jurisprudence. In addition to precise conceptualization, the present study analyzes hermeneutical, linguistic, historical, and methodological challenges in the use of Qurʼānic verses to infer rulings on newly-raised queries. Also, various jurisprudential approaches in this field have been criticized and examined. The results of this study show that the major challenges in this field include the apparent conflict of some verses of the Holy Qurʼān with new scientific findings, linguistic and historical limitations in interpreting verses of the Holy Qurʼān, and differences in methods of referring rulings from the Qurʼān for newly-raised queries. While analyzing the harms of existing approaches, the study presents a comprehensive model for utilizing the Qurʼān in inferring the rulings on newly-raised queries. The proposed solutions include reviewing the methods of interpreting and understanding verses of the Qurʼān, combining traditional and modern approaches, and providing a coherent framework for using the Qurʼān in responding to contemporary jurisprudential challenges. This study emphasizes the need to reform and improve educating and research methods in the field of jurisprudence and Qurʼānic interpretation and suggests new fields for future research in this field. Keywords: The Scientific Authority of the Qurʼān, Contemporary Jurisprudence, Newly-Raised Queries, Examining the Harms, Inferring the Rulings. مرجعیت علمی قرآن در استنباط احکام فقهی، به‌ویژه در مواجهه با مسائل مستحدثه و چالش‌های دنیای معاصر، از مباحث مهم و چالشی در حوزۀ فقه و مطالعات قرآنی به شمار می‌آید. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های فقه معاصر در بهره‌گیری از قرآن برای استنباط مسائل مستحدثه و ارائۀ راهکارهایی برای حل آن‌ها انجام شده است. مسئلۀ اصلی این تحقیق شناسایی موانع و محدودیت‌های استفاده از قرآن در پاسخگویی به مسائل فقهی جدید و ارائۀ راهکارهایی برای رفع این چالش‌ها است. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به بررسی دیدگاه‌های مختلف در زمینۀ مرجعیت علمی قرآن در فقه معاصر پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر، علاوه بر مفهوم‌شناسی دقیق، به تحلیل چالش‌های هرمنوتیکی، زبانی، تاریخی و روش‌شناختی در کاربرد آیات قرآنی برای استنباط احکام مسائل مستحدثه می‌پردازد. همچنین، رویکردهای فقهی مختلف در این زمینه نقد و بررسی شده‌اند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که چالش‌های عمده در این حوزه شامل تعارض ظاهری برخی آیات با یافته‌های علمی جدید، محدودیت‌های زبانی و تاریخی در تفسیر آیات و اختلاف در روش‌های استنباط احکام از قرآن برای مسائل نوظهور است. این مطالعه، ضمن آسیب‌شناسی رویکردهای موجود، مدلی جامع برای بهره‌گیری از قرآن در استنباط احکام مسائل مستحدثه ارائه می‌دهد. راهکارهای پیشنهادی شامل بازنگری در روش‌های تفسیر و فهم آیات، تلفیق رویکردهای سنتی و نوگرایانه و ارائۀ چارچوبی منسجم برای استفاده از قرآن در پاسخگویی به چالش‌های فقهی معاصر است. این پژوهش بر ضرورت اصلاح و بهبود روش‌های آموزش و پژوهش در حوزۀ فقه و تفسیر قرآن تأکید کرده و زمینه‌های جدیدی را برای تحقیقات آتی در این حوزه پیشنهاد می‌دهد.
