Abstract:
Register means the verbal arrangement of the utterances including single elements or sentences as indirect evidences used for grasping the meaning of the verses. Such indirect evidences are reflected and mentioned in the works of the contemporary interpreters namely Allameh Tabatabyee, who has done more in this regards in his works. The present research is to present samples of referring to such indirect evidences in the Qur'anic Jurisprudence of holy Imams. To do so, the researchers have discussed three samples as examples elaborated in the study to investigate the reflection of these samples in the jurisprudential interpretation of the verses. These three examples include the reference to the register of drinking wine and gambling and idols and raffles, register of Pilgrimage (Haj) and Visitation to Allah's House (Umrah), and the register of the Ablution Verse in the Qur'an.

الإستناد إلی قرینة السیاق فی فقه القرآن للأئمة المعصومین (علیهم السّلام)

هو نمط نسق الألفاظ بما فی ذلک المفردات أو الجملات، و هو من القرائن الّتی تستعمل فی فهم المراد من الآیات. و تحظی هذه القرینة بإهتمام بالغ لدی الأصولیین و الفقهاء، رغم أنّها تتبّوأ مرکزاً مرموقاً فی کتب المفسّرین المعاصرین – و خاصّة عند العلّامة الطباطبائی- أکثر من ذیقبل، و کان لها نتائج باهرة فی علم التفسیر، و ذکرت طبقاً لذلک ثلاثة موارد کشاهد للإستناد إلی السیاق فی روایات الأئمّة المعصومین علیهم السّلام، و بحث أثرها فی الاستقراء الفقهی للآیات. و هذه ثلاثة موارد من الإستناد إلی السیاق حسب ترتیبها فی القرآن: الخمر و المیسر و الأنصاب، ثمّ سیاق الحجّ و العمرة، و ینتهی الیباق بآیة الوضوء.
