The legitimacy of forced acts of worship in the sense that one becomes forced to do an act without its prerequisites or without some parts or with some obstacles, has not been subject to an independent research as the legitimacy of emergency and Zahiri acts have been. However, by referring to the Usuli and jurisprudential sources and by analyzing the views of faqihs and usuli scholars dealing with examples of this issue an independent principle in this regard can be found. Based on applied analysis five different views have been obtained. From the view point of writers according to the Qur’anic and narrative evidences, the acts which is committed by force are legitimate and by removal of force there is no need to redo or compensate the acts of worship. Therefore the legitimacy of forced acts of worship can be considered as a principle in fiqh and usul as the legitimacy of emergency and zahiri acts are.
