Abstract

Abstract: Make abet, is one of the most important and usage of the contracts. usually the price of contractual of the kind of common money is determined. The money price unlike the Gold, silver and other materials has nature credit. This attribute credibility, although contains multiple credit. In the situation that ،the contract selling is dissolution of invalidity, create uncertainties and differences that the most of which the determination of rate and the way of rejected price of contract is useless and curtailed. On these conditions the main question is the reject of price should be the same numbers and digits that the customer has given to the vender, or instead the purpose of truth of reject, is necessary that the credibility and the money price of the buying power at the time of rejection is to be perspective. Now at the investigation, the low says that, in case of contract abrogation, the losing must be paid.
